Shipping and Delivery

All items from the order will be packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes and delivered to the address provided by the purchaser. Space Cadets is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We do not accept liability for damage caused during transit by courier services; customers must file damage claims directly with the delivery provider.

Pricing and Taxation

Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page and VAT will be added to UK orders only at the checkout page.

Inventory

We make every effort to keep stock listings current. Should a discrepancy arise, we will notify you and address any resulting issues.

Refunds

For payments made by PayPal, in case of refund requests, PayPal fees will not be included.

Payment Methods and Order Completion

We accept payment by Stripe, Visa / Mastercard and PayPal. Orders are considered finalised when funds reach our bank account, at which point shipment begins promptly.

Pre-orders

We ship orders containing pre-orders once they are complete. If you would prefer immediate delivery of available items, please place a separate order for any pre-ordered items.
